I have a 94 2.5l with engine mods. i run 35 BFG muds on the stock 4.10 gears and it runs fine get good gas mileage but looking for the power since iam gettin 36 tsl's. was wondering if 5.13 would be to low for road travel and should go with 4.88s?

4.88, last I checked, is the highest you can go on the stock axles.

I wouldn't go 5.13 if you want to take this thing on the road at all. Also, it does depend on the axle if you can run that low of a gear. 4.88 would be good though if you're looking at a taller tire.

I have a jeep...and it is modified.
Let me know if anyone is around the Griffin or Athens area in Georgia.

you should not spend any time or money on dana 35's if youre going to change your ratios think of also changing your axels...if you can...or at least wait, save your money, and then do the swap....

5.13's spend the money once, I did 4.88's (already in the axles that I had purchased) I would never waste the money...

I should add it drives awesome on the street and does 75-80 no problem.
