Well, just like the title says, I need some pointers on the
lowering/raising of the soft top. I watched the video of
the regular TJ but it doesn't seem to address some of the
problems I'm having. For one, when I put the top down, it
looks aweful, can't seem to get it to look presentable at
all and it definitely won't fold flat to the tail gate. MeTomWhoU = I'm TOM, who are you.....aaaah, now you get it!
The other thing is that on my passenger side, there is no
pin/latch to hold the bar in place like there is on the
drivers side. Should there be one on the passenger side?
I'll get pics if necessary, but its the the only pin you
have to pull to hold/release the top frame right behind the
sunrider joint.
Some pictures of your folded top and how you got there would
be most appreciated.
Thanks,

I have a pin on both sides. Not sure about anyone else,
but the slider for the sun top has cracked on that side. I
don't have any good tips for folding, I do have a clover
roll for my windows that covers up the mess.06 LJ Rubicon, stock.
Should be pin on each side. Pull the folds out and
straight until the last one. On the last one fod the outer
edge in so the top can go past the rol bar and all the way
down. Nice and neat as far as a jeep goes cooperpaul@yahoo.com
