Dude im on Pendleton. I live on mainside near the Naval Hospital. What command you with? I have a stock WJ and i know of a couple places local you can wheel. but most of it is umm not legal. The only legal stuff is a while away.

Either Big Bear Area or down south near the salton sea and theirs some near julian. If you are in 2/4 you could always just drive up Mateo hill....
