Full Moon Night Run thru the Squeeze, Heart Attack Hill,
Diablo Dropoff
Saturday, August 16th, 2008. Sunset is at 6:50, moonrise at
6:48. If we time it right we could hit the Squeeze at
sunset, do Heart Attack Hill in the dusk, run through Fish
Creek, maybe Sandstone Canyon and over to Diablo Dropoff by
moon light. Run across to the S2 and then though Rodriguez
Canyon and up to Julian.
Astronomically interesting night, lots of visible planets in
convergence, night before the actual full moon, weather
should be comfortable at night, we should all be repaired
and running..
So anyone interested?If it doesn't fit, force it; if it breaks, it needed upgrading anyway.
