In my 95 grand Cherokee I have a three inch lift and 31 inch
tires recently when I drive it i get a really weird sound,
it sounds almost like a squirrel chipping, this sound is
when im in low RPM's and when I am decelerating the sound
seems to be get worse with time which i figured would happen
im not sure if it is the u joints, drive shaft, or a bearing
any ideas?
if you turn the steering wheel to to full left lock get out
and pull on the u-joint see if its loose, that's what
happened to mine they made noise, especially around turns.
had em replaced.

problem. I know i'm chimming in really late, but just
wonderin. As we hooked the strap onto the jeep, i realized i couldnt remember how many times dad had actually towed me home.
